Coffee price prediction tomorrow 1/4/202 5

In the trading session last night, Robusta coffee prices on the London floor suddenly increased, showing that the future coffee price outlook remains high. The main reason for this fluctuation is said to be due to the scarce supply and difficulties in import and export.

The rise in coffee prices has benefited the Vietnamese market, where farmers are nearing harvest. This means that Vietnam has ample supply to offer, allowing farmers to take advantage of the current price situation.

On the other hand, Brazil is the leading country in coffee production and export, dominating the market with an overwhelming market share. Each year, Brazil exports about 2.58 million tons of coffee, far exceeding the next two largest export markets, Vietnam and Colombia, with output of 1.63 million tons and 0.77 million tons respectively. The total export output of Vietnam and Colombia is only 2.4 million tons, still lower than that of Brazil.

Currently, Brazil has finished its harvest and will have to wait until May 2025 to start a new crop. Notably, experts predict that the next crop may be difficult, leading to a possible crop failure. Although coffee prices have risen sharply, many experts predict that prices may fall by January 4, 2025, creating a complicated picture for the global coffee market.

In this context, it is important to monitor the development of coffee prices and the supply and demand situation in the market. Investors and farmers need to be prepared to respond to possible fluctuations in the coming time.
