Draft Circular amending and supplementing Circular No. 01/2018/TT-BCT and Draft Circular amending and supplementing Circular No. 02/2018/TT-BCT

Pursuant to Decree No. 14/2018/ND-CP dated January 23, 2018 of the Government detailing border trade activities, the Minister of Industry and Trade issued Circular No. 01/2028/TT-BCT dated February 27, 2018 of the Minister of Industry and Trade detailing goods bought, sold and exchanged through secondary border gates and border openings of traders.

Pursuant to the provisions of Article 3 of Decree No. 78/2025/ND-CP dated April 1, 2025 detailing a number of articles and measures to organize and guide the implementation of the law on promulgation of legal documents, the Import-Export Department sends the propaganda content of the Draft Circular amending and supplementing Circular No. 01/2018/TT-BCT dated February 27, 2018 of the Minister of Industry and Trade detailing goods bought, sold and exchanged through secondary border gates and border openings of traders and the Draft Circular amending and supplementing Circular No. 02/2018/TT-BCT dated February 27, 2018 of the Minister of Industry and Trade detailing the List of goods bought, sold and exchanged by residents and requests that the Newspaper help post it on the Ministry of Industry and Trade's Electronic Information Portal to collect comments, specifically as attached document.
