In recent times, the province has organized many trade promotion activities, bringing Vietnamese goods to remote communes in many forms such as: organizing mobile vehicles selling Vietnamese goods; organizing Vietnamese goods markets; price stabilization sales programs...
These activities have created conditions for people in remote communes to access, shop and recognize high-quality Vietnamese goods at reasonable prices. Thanks to that, it has helped to gradually change people's consumption habits and businesses' awareness of the remote market.

Flexible implementation, synchronize many solutions
In the 2021-2025 period, localities have promoted the implementation of plans to develop trade in mountainous, remote and isolated areas in line with the scale and characteristics of production and business of the province, gradually narrowing the gap in specific development levels in trade development of 5 border districts and towns compared to the remaining districts, towns and cities of the province and other localities across the country. Thereby, increasing people's income, promoting socio -economic development, building new rural areas, sustainable poverty reduction, strengthening national defense and security, and social order and safety.
The implementation of support policies, organization of incentive activities, and promotion of the development of products are the potential and advantages of the locality. In particular, the model of growing medicinal plants initially creates conditions for people to access new techniques and build a connected raw material area. At the same time, the province issued many policies on production development in agricultural, forestry and fishery areas with strengths to improve product quality and output.
Specifically, in the field of cultivation and plant protection, the province has supported VietGAP certification for 64 cultivation establishments, with a total area of 472.4 hectares, producing crops such as custard apple, pineapple, longan, grapefruit, jackfruit, durian, lemon, rice, mangosteen, mango, apple, melon, vegetables of all kinds... total support funding of 2,183,200,000 VND; the province supports VietGAP certification for the field of livestock and aquaculture for 20 establishments with 9.3 hectares on the subjects including: pig, cow, eel, soft-shell turtle, fish farming... total support funding of 638,300,000 VND.
The province implemented 14 projects, including: 5 projects on growing melons in 3 high-tech greenhouses, 8 projects on growing fruit trees with good agricultural practices and 1 project on raising beef cattle with good agricultural practices; supported 13 projects including: 4 projects on linking cattle raising, 5 projects on linking rice growing, 2 projects on linking snakehead fish farming with product consumption, 1 project on linking fruit growing and 1 project on linking mushroom growing.

Trade promotion, building development models for potential products
With the goal of promoting product consumption, expanding domestic and foreign markets, enhancing brand value and competitiveness of key products and local specialties, building a sustainable development model for potential and advantageous products, suitable for local socio-economic conditions, in the period of 2021-2025, the province has organized and participated in 80 trade promotion activities.
The Industry and Trade sector has implemented the construction of a model of Vietnamese Points of Sale with 7 points. Through the implementation of Vietnamese Points of Sale, it has contributed to increasing access to high-quality Vietnamese goods for people in rural and border areas, promoting domestic consumption and developing the distribution network of Vietnamese goods, effectively saving the State budget compared to the original estimate. It is expected that in 2025, 2 more Vietnamese Points of Sale will be built.
Effectively implement the Project to implement the National One Commune One Product Program in Tay Ninh province for the period 2020-2025, with a vision to 2030 (OCOP). Accumulated to May 1, 2025, there are 135 OCOP products in the province. Currently, the province has formed 2 production linkage chains on the province's strong agricultural products and many livestock supply chains providing safe pork, beef, chicken, and specialized slaughtering in line with the agricultural restructuring orientation to increase added value, thereby increasing people's income.
Guide organizations, individuals and businesses to register for protection of geographical indications and appellations of origin, with priority given to supporting organizations, individuals and businesses operating in commercial activities in remote, isolated and border areas in the province.
In order to promote the application of science and technology to develop remote, isolated and border areas, in the period of 2021-2024, the province directed the Department of Science and Technology to coordinate with the Provincial Farmers' Association, the Provincial Youth Union, the Department of Economy and Infrastructure of districts, towns and cities, the Union of Science and Technology Associations to transfer 50 models to households, schools and organizations in 5 districts and towns in remote, isolated and border areas.
Developing trade in goods and services associated with tourism activities
Developing regional trade in goods and services associated with tourism activities to promote local economic development through the linkage between trade - services and tourism, increasing the consumption value of goods and products, especially specialty products, diversifying tourism services, improving the experience for tourists, contributing to creating sustainable livelihoods for people in rural, remote and border areas.
Promote brands - specialty products associated with tourism such as: dew-dried rice paper, Tay Ninh chili salt, custard apple, melon, honey, cashew nuts... at major events such as: "Tay Ninh Day in Hanoi", domestic and international food and tourism fairs. The goal is to promote OCOP products, enhance the image of businesses and attract tourists.
Developing tourism programs associated with commercial products and services: organizing 2 survey trips (famtrips) to 15 tourist destinations in the province, putting into operation 26 new tourism programs including 29 models associated with 10 groups of tourism products and services, developing rural tourism products, such as: Minh Trung Soursop Cooperative, BaDen Farm Melon Farm, Hoan Ngoc 7 Nga Tea Facility...
