At the meeting, delegates enjoyed special performances. Leaders of the City's Center for Culture, Sports and Broadcasting reviewed the 100-year tradition of Vietnam Revolutionary Press Day; the history of formation and development of radio and television activities in the province and city.
Tay Ninh City Culture, Sports and Broadcasting Center was merged from the Radio Station and the City Culture, Information and Sports Center. Over the years, the Center's broadcasting activities have been constantly improved in quality and efficiency, contributing significantly to propaganda work, and being a solid bridge between the Party, the government and the people.
In addition to daily radio programs with rich and diverse content, the Center's radio and broadcasting staff also collaborates with the province's press agencies on many news and articles, contributing to timely information transmission to the people.
With its continuous efforts, over the years, the Center has always maintained its top position in the emulation movement of the whole province. Notably, in 2019, the Center was honored to receive the Third Class Labor Medal from the President and most recently, in 2024, the Center was awarded a certificate of merit by the Ministry of Information and Communications for its outstanding achievements in grassroots information activities.
On this occasion, leaders of the City People's Committee, the City Culture, Sports and Broadcasting Center presented gifts of gratitude to former leaders of the Center and outstanding officials, employees, workers and collaborators who have made many contributions to the city's radio and television broadcasting work.
