Phase 1 of Glory Golf Course Project to be put into operation from September 2025

According to the report of MDA G&C Company Limited - the investor of Glory golf course in Thanh Cong commune (Pho Yen city), up to this point, the project has reached about 75% of the volume of items.

The project is currently implementing construction of site leveling, golf course shaping, surface drainage, irrigation system, lighting, power system, grass planting, landscape trees, internal tramway, service and auxiliary works, clubhouse, and fence system.

The project has completed grass planting on 13/18 holes, expected to be able to test play on 9 holes in July 2025, and complete 18 holes in September 2025.

According to the plan, in September 2025, the investor will put into operation phase 1 of the complex, golf course, and resort urban area, with a total investment of about 10 trillion VND.

The Glory Golf Course Project was approved by the Provincial People's Committee in principle for investment and approved the investor from June 2023. This is an 18-hole golf course project according to international standards, built on an area of nearly 54 hectares. This location is very convenient, 12km from the center of Pho Yen City, 32km from the center of Thai Nguyen City and 60km from the center of Hanoi Capital; 38km from Noi Bai Airport and about 30km from the center of Vinh Phuc province.

The golf course is planned based on the natural ecosystem, clinging to the eastern slope of Tam Dao, located close to the connecting route, connecting the provinces of Thai Nguyen - Bac Giang - Vinh Phuc. This is an area with a diverse ecosystem, beautiful terrain, fresh air, great potential and space for developing resort tourism.

According to the Provincial Planning for the period 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050, Thai Nguyen develops tourism based on its strengths in resort and ecological tourism associated with history, culture and spirituality. The province will develop comprehensive functional areas, golf courses and resorts, entertainment and recreation areas (including 13 golf courses located in Thai Nguyen, Pho Yen, Song Cong cities and Phu Binh, Dai Tu and Dong Hy districts).
