Duc Trong: Giving houses to poor and near-poor households

(LĐ online) - On April 25, the Steering Committee for Eliminating Temporary and Dilapidated Houses in Duc Trong district coordinated with the Steering Committee for Eliminating Temporary and Dilapidated Houses in N'thôn Hạ commune and Lien Nghia town to organize the handover and groundbreaking of houses for poor and near-poor households in the area.

Mr. Le Hong Khanh - Standing Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee and the Steering Committee for eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses in Duc Trong district, presented the decision to donate a house to Mr. K'Diem.

In N'thôn Hạ commune, joy spread to Bia Ray and Sre Dang villages when two households, Mr. K'Diem and Mrs. Lo Mu Se Ri, officially received the keys to their new, spacious house.

Giving gifts to Mrs. Lo Mu Se Ri's family in the new house

Mr. K'Diem was supported by the District Fund for the Poor with 100 million VND, while Ms. Lo Mu Se Ri received support of 50 million VND.

Funding support for house construction for Mr. Klong Ha Dan's family

On the same day, in Bon Rom village, the Steering Committee for Eliminating Temporary and Dilapidated Houses also started construction of a new house for the poor household of Klong Ha Dan. Notably, Mr. Klong Ha Dan's family also received valuable support of 50 million VND from the People's Committee of Ha Giang province, bringing the total support to 100 million VND.

The Steering Committee for Eliminating Temporary and Dilapidated Houses in Duc Trong District presented a decision to donate a house to Ms. Hoang Thi Mo.

At the same time, in Lien Nghia town, a warm new house was also handed over to Ms. Hoang Thi Mo, residing on Pham Ngoc Thach street.

Ms. Mo is a poor household with difficult housing circumstances in the town and has received support of 50 million VND from the district's temporary housing elimination program.

The Party Committee, People's Council and People's Committee of Lien Nghia town presented gifts to Mrs. Mo for her new house.

The newly donated and constructed houses are not only a place to shelter from the rain and sun but also a great source of encouragement, helping poor and near-poor households stabilize their lives and escape poverty.

This is a testament to the deep concern of local authorities and the community for social security work, demonstrating the spirit of solidarity and noble mutual love.
