Drowning in the lower Da River, 2 children died

(HBĐT) - According to information from the authorities, at around 2:00 p.m. on June 5, a drowning incident occurred in the downstream area of the Da River in Group 6, Tan Thinh Ward ( Hoa Binh City), killing two children.

The downstream area of Da River belongs to group 6, Tan Thinh ward (Hoa Binh city) - where the drowning incident occurred.

Accordingly, three children, Dang Ngoc L., born in 2011; Tran Thanh B., born in 2010; Dang Lan H., born in 2012, all residing in Group 17, Tan Thinh Ward, went to the Da River in Group 6, Tan Thinh Ward to play. Unfortunately, Dang Ngoc L. and Tran Thanh B. drowned. Dang Lan H. returned home to inform her family.

Upon receiving the news, Tan Thinh Ward Police notified the rescue force and coordinated with the people to search for the victims. Immediately afterwards, people dived to recover the bodies of Dang Ngoc L. and Tran Thanh B.

Hoa Binh City Police are coordinating with relevant authorities to handle the case according to regulations.

The incident continues to be a warning about drowning deaths in the summer, especially for children when the summer vacation has arrived.
