The elevated Ring Road 3 is often congested on days close to Tet, but now it is clear and cars can move easily.

Traffic is clear on Le Van Luong Street with flags and banners celebrating the new year 2024.

Similarly at Le Van Luong underpass, there are many times when there are no vehicles passing through the tunnel.
