Ecovacs brings the Deebot X2 Omni robot vacuum cleaner to Vietnam.

Accordingly, the Deebot X2 Omni is Ecovacs' first robot vacuum cleaner with a nearly square design, not the familiar round shape of other robots. According to the manufacturer, this design offers several advantages to the product, such as better edge and corner cleaning capabilities.

The robot's width is also narrower, allowing it to navigate tight spaces more effectively. Due to its square design, the robot's main brush is also longer and doesn't need to be positioned in the center like other round-bodied robots. The Deebot X2 Omni's main brush is 20 cm long, approximately 2 cm longer than the main brush on its predecessor, the Deebot X1 Omni.

In addition, the Deebot X2 Omni is also the first robot vacuum cleaner to use solid-state lidar sensors integrated into the robot's body, instead of being located on top like other robots. This placement of the lidar sensors on the robot's body allows the Deebot X2 Omni to be nearly 1 cm thinner. Specifically, its height is 9.5 cm compared to 10.35 cm of the X1 Omni, allowing it to better maneuver under low tables, cabinets, and beds.

In terms of performance, the Deebot X2 Omni also boasts a significant upgrade in suction power to 8000 Pa and a battery capacity increased to 6400 mAh. Notably, this robot adds a feature not found in its predecessor, the Deebot X1 Omni: the ability to lift its brush when encountering carpets. The brush lifting distance of the Deebot X2 Omni is 15 mm, the highest on the market today.

In addition, the Deebot X2 Omni uses a rotating mop combined with pressure on the floor, has an automatic mop washing function with 55°C hot water, dries the mop with hot air in 2 hours, and has an RGB camera system to avoid obstacles during cleaning. According to Ecovacs, the Deebot X2 Omni's obstacle avoidance system can recognize 45 common household items to automatically avoid them during operation.

In the Vietnamese market, the Deebot X2 Omni is offered at a price of 34.9 million VND. However, from August 23rd to September 3rd, 2023, the product was sold at a discounted price of 24.9 million VND and included a free Ecovacs Airbot Ava air purifier worth 12 million VND or a Tineco Floor One S3 series cordless vacuum cleaner worth 9 million VND.
