Pho Festival brings together pho brands from the three regions of North, Central and South.

On April 3, the Office of the Hanoi People's Committee issued Plan No. 19/KH-VP on organizing the "Pho Festival 2025" program to promote the image of "Pho Hanoi" recognized as a national intangible cultural heritage, contributing to the development of Hanoi's culinary culture industry.

The 2025 Pho Festival will gather more than 50 booths of businesses and pho culinary brands from the three regions of the North, Central and South at the Thang Long Imperial Citadel Heritage Site (Doan Mon Square area), 19C Hoang Dieu, Ba Dinh District, Hanoi .

Enterprises and brands are carefully selected and assessed, ensuring quality and food hygiene and safety; the program will be a space to honor and connect enterprises, craft villages, and brands to promote cuisine to the people of the capital, domestic tourists and international friends.

The program will bring typical pho dishes of the City in particular and the diversity of pho from regions across the country in general.

The program is organized by the City Convention Center in coordination with the Department of Tourism, the Thang Long-Hanoi Heritage Conservation Center, and Nhan Dan Newspaper. Nhan Dan Newspaper is the media sponsor.

The program includes many activities, many exhibition and experience spaces. In particular, the Pho culinary experience space and visiting booths will introduce Hanoi Pho, Nam Dinh Pho, highland Pho...; stories about Pho heritage; Pho experience and processing area...

The space to introduce the culture and tradition of pho will introduce pho of the past, pho of the present; pho spices... In addition, there is also a space to introduce Tay Ho lotus tea, trade beer, and fried dough sticks typical of Hanoi's Old Quarter.

Within the framework of the program, there will also be a discussion between experts and artisans (the journey of development from traditional dishes to national and world heritage, preserving pho heritage and promoting Vietnamese pho to the world, franchising to bring Vietnamese pho to the world...); street art performances.

In addition to information in the press, the new point in this year's communication work is that activities will be informed on many other information platforms such as: iHanoi Application; on websites, fanpages of Pho Festival 2025 Program, digital media platforms such as Tiktok, Youtube, KOL/KOC...

The Office of the Hanoi People's Committee is the focal point, coordinating with the City's Departments, branches and sectors; Ba Dinh District People's Committee, Thang Long-Hanoi Heritage Conservation Center, Nhan Dan Newspaper and related units to organize the Pho Festival Program in 2025.

The program opened on the evening of April 18 and ended on April 20.
