Gala “Welcome to the New Year 2025”

On the evening of December 27th, Lam Thao Superphosphate and Chemical Joint Stock Company held a Gala program titled "Greeting the New Year 2025".

In 2024, despite numerous difficulties and challenges, the leadership, staff, and employees of Lam Thao Superphosphate and Chemical Joint Stock Company demonstrated unity and consensus, promptly identifying difficulties; proactively and creatively focusing on building and decisively implementing assigned solutions and tasks, contributing to promoting production and business growth, achieving comprehensive results in all aspects with many outstanding events and milestones. Sales revenue and service provision reached VND 3,568 billion, equivalent to 105% of the annual plan; pre-tax profit reached VND 215 billion, equivalent to 158% of the annual plan, an increase of 16% compared to the same period; contributing VND 80 billion to the State budget, equivalent to 160% of the annual plan, an increase of 122% compared to the same period; average employee income reached nearly VND 17.2 million/person/month.

Leaders of the Provincial Labor Union and the Vietnam Chemical Industry Trade Union presented the Creative Labor Award from the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor to individuals.

Delegates presented flowers to the clubs participating in the cultural exchange, dance, and folk dance performances.

At the event, 32 employees of the company received the Creative Labor Award from the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and the Creative Labor Certificate from the General Director of the company. The gala also featured cultural performances, dances, and folk dances by clubs from Lam Thao Superphosphate and Chemical Joint Stock Company, companies belonging to the Vietnam Chemical Group, and the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Lam Thao district...
