Nearly 1,000 members and students of Nam Can Tho University participate in the Summer Youth Volunteer Campaign

(CT) - The Tra Vinh Provincial Student Union, Nam Can Tho University, in coordination with the Tra Vinh Provincial Student Union of the following universities: Can Tho University, Can Tho University of Medicine and Pharmacy and Tay Do University, has just organized the program "Royal poinciana flowers draw dreams".

The organizers presented 40 gifts including notebooks, school supplies and 40 scholarships to support students who have overcome difficulties to study well at Hoa An B Primary School, Cau Ke District ( Tra Vinh Province), with a total value of over 10 million VND. Within the framework of the program, students also participated in many physical games, useful skill activities and enjoyed special performances.

According to the Youth Union of Can Tho University, this year's Summer Youth Volunteer Campaign attracted nearly 1,000 union members and students to participate in volunteer activities in 13 provinces and cities in the Mekong Delta region and some provinces in the Central Highlands and Central regions. The Youth Union of the University prioritizes deploying volunteer teams in communes in border areas, islands and areas with large ethnic minority populations.

Activities focus on supporting the construction of urban civilization, advanced new rural areas, model new rural areas and propaganda about digital transformation, along with many activities for social security.
