It is known that in 2025, businesses need to recruit tens of thousands of workers in many positions, of which, Truong Hai Agricultural Joint Stock Company ( THACO AGRI) has 5,700 workers at farms in Laos; 3,000 workers working abroad under contracts in Japan; Korea; Taiwan and European countries; 2,000 workers in industrial clusters inside and outside Quang Nam province.

Thus, up to this point, Nam Giang district has organized 4 sessions of transactions and job consultation for nearly 400 workers in localities including: Cha Val and Zuoih communes; Ta Po, Ta Bhing, Ca Dy and Thanh My town.

According to the plan, by the end of June, the district will organize 7 sessions of job transactions and consultation for young people and workers in the area to help workers choose jobs that are suitable for them.
