Regular health check-ups help employees detect health abnormalities early before they become diseases and have not yet shown any symptoms. Early detection of diseases makes treatment easier, more effective, saves costs and avoids complications that seriously affect health. In addition, employees can clearly understand their current health status to adjust their eating and living habits accordingly.
Enterprises will have a sustainable labor source, helping to maintain and improve productivity as well as limit risks of work accidents; reduce medical costs and compensation costs for employees. At the same time, it demonstrates the responsibility and concern of enterprises for employees, especially enterprises in the textile industry with many female employees.
