Meeting with the delegation of Ninh Binh province attending the 13th Congress of Vietnam Trade Union

On the morning of November 24, the Provincial Federation of Labor held a meeting to assign tasks to the provincial delegation attending the 13th Congress of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, term 2023-2028. Attending the meeting was comrade Do Viet Anh, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission.

The 13th Congress of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor will take place from December 1-3 in Hanoi . The provincial delegation to the Congress consists of 12 people, led by Mr. Duong Duc Khanh, member of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial Federation of Labor.

At this Congress, in addition to discussions in the hall and groups, delegates also attended 10 forums, discussing in depth the key topics of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor's activities in the new term. The provincial delegation was assigned to discuss the content: The role of the Women's Union in building a prosperous, progressive, happy and civilized family at forum number 7.

Speaking at the meeting, Comrade Do Viet Anh, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission, congratulated the provincial delegates attending the 13th Congress of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor. He affirmed that the delegation is the most outstanding factor, selected and elected by the 16th Ninh Binh Provincial General Confederation of Labor, term 2023-2028; representing the will and aspirations of over 170,000 union members, cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers in the whole province.

This is an honor, pride, and also a great responsibility of the delegates. Therefore, he suggested that the provincial delegation should prepare thoroughly in all aspects; strictly comply with the regulations, rules, and provisions of the Congress; proactively study the political report at the Congress and actively participate in contributing in-depth opinions demonstrating a high sense of responsibility, enthusiasm, and intelligence for the political report; and carefully prepare the content of the discussion at the Congress.

In addition, delegates need to actively participate in forums and activities within the framework of the Congress; have connections, exchanges, and learn from experiences with delegations nationwide participating in the Congress. After the Congress, trade unions at all levels of the province need to closely follow the content and action programs set forth by the 13th Congress of the Vietnam Trade Union, quickly deploy and concretize the contents into practice; effectively carry out tasks and activities aimed at taking care of the lives of union members and workers...

On this occasion, Comrade Do Viet Anh, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission, presented flowers and gifts from the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee to congratulate and encourage the provincial delegation to attend the 13th Congress of the Vietnam Trade Union.
