With its back against the mountain, the village is like a multi-colored painting, including the color of the mountains and the vast fields. Moreover, it is the harmony of human life with nature.

Seen from above, the village with its neat, close-knit stilt houses nestles at the foot of the mountain facing the fields. The stilt houses are elaborately built with precious woods such as nghien, ly, dinh, lim, etc. The roofs are covered with yin-yang tiles. The stilt houses usually have 3 or 5 rooms, each with a specific function.

The special thing here is that all the houses face south. According to the people of Quynh Son, this is a good direction, bringing stability and fortune. 100% of the villagers are Tay, mainly with the surname Duong.

Visiting Quynh Son community cultural village, tourists can learn about Tay culture. That is Then singing, Tinh lute, enjoy attractive culinary specialties.

Quynh Son community cultural tourism village is assessed by tourism experts and travel businesses as meeting the standards to welcome tourists with clean, comfortable accommodation, and food services that are always guaranteed to be fresh and delicious, with traditional dishes such as roast pork, braised pork, Tay banh chung, and corn wine with leaf yeast.

Every year on January 12 and 13, the village holds the Long Tong festival to pray for a good harvest. Visitors can experience fun activities such as throwing con, playing Tien chess, swinging, wrapping black banh chung with the locals, and pounding banh day with wormwood leaves.

Visitors can also walk or cycle around the village, passing through the carpet-like rice fields and admire the majestic mountains, enjoying the fresh air. In the evening, visitors can join in the campfire, enjoy the traditional Then singing of the Tay ethnic group.

Bac Son has Keeng Tao cave which still retains its wild beauty, the natural stream from the mountain flows through the cave forming Mo Mam stream which babbles day and night. Coming to Bac Son, visitors cannot miss Na Lay mountain which is nearly 700m high - an ideal place to watch the sunrise and hunt clouds; to reach the top, visitors must climb 1,200 stone steps.

In recent years, Lang Son province has focused on building the brand of Quynh Son Community Tourism Village as a community tourism destination that develops in a green and sustainable direction.

The locality focuses on improving infrastructure associated with environmental protection, planning waste collection and treatment systems, limiting single-use plastics, increasing green spaces, improving clean water sources and standard toilets for tourists. At the same time, it is necessary to preserve traditional landscapes and architecture, use natural, environmentally friendly materials, and control the number of visitors to ensure ecological balance.
