Pig price today in the North

In the Northern region, the price of live pigs remained unchanged compared to May 10: Hanoi, Bac Giang, Thai Nguyen, Hung Yen, Phu Tho, Tuyen Quang... maintained at 68,000 VND/kg. Some provinces such as Yen Bai, Nam Dinh, Ha Nam, Ninh Binh remained at 67,000 VND/kg. Lao Cai is the locality with the lowest price in the North at 61,000 VND/kg.

The prolonged sideways situation shows that the Northern market is relatively stable, without a major boost in supply and demand.

Pig prices in the Central and Central Highlands regions also have no new adjustments.

The cluster of provinces of Quang Binh, Quang Nam, Thua Thien Hue, Quang Ngai maintained the price at 69,000 VND/kg. Khanh Hoa, Binh Dinh continued at 70,000 VND/kg. Lam Dong, Ninh Thuan remained stable at 72,000 VND/kg. Binh Thuan maintained a higher price at 73,000 VND/kg.

Maintaining prices within a narrow range shows that this area is still waiting for new developments from the southern market.
