Gia Lai saves the budget nearly 4,655 billion VND

(GLO)- According to information from the Provincial People's Committee, in the first 6 months of the year, through the work of settling investment capital for works, completed projects in the province were implemented by units in accordance with legal regulations, while saving nearly 4,655 billion VND through settlement of works, reducing invalid costs.

Accordingly, in the first 6 months of 2025, through the audit and settlement of 506 completed projects and works, the province has cut illegal expenses and saved more than 4,655 billion VND for the state budget.

Of which, Binh Dinh province (old) has examined and approved the settlement of 495 projects with a value of 2,554,781 billion VND, a decrease of 4,433 billion VND compared to the value proposed by the contractor; Gia Lai province (old) has examined and approved the settlement of 11 projects with a value of more than 512,616 billion VND, a decrease of 221.2 million VND.
