Gold price on February 7: Gold price list at gold and gemstone companies on God of Wealth day

World gold prices fell 1% in the trading session on February 6 due to the increase in the USD price before the US announced an important employment report.

Investors also stepped up profit-taking after the precious metal hit records in the previous five sessions due to escalating trade tensions between the US and China.

Specifically, at the end of this session, at the US COMEX exchange, spot gold price decreased 0.4% to 2,853.16 USD/ounce, after reaching a record high of 2,882.16 USD/ounce in the previous session.

US gold futures closed down 0.6% to $2,876.70 an ounce.
