At the sharing session, MISA general Dinh Thi Thuy shared her journey from a student majoring in Finance - Accounting to General Director of a leading technology company in Vietnam, leading a team of 1,500 sales staff. From there, Ms. Thuy summarized practical business lessons that everyone can apply to develop in the Sales industry.

Coming from a humble background in the poor countryside of Tien Dong (Tu Ky, Hai Duong ), the Finance - Accounting student had a passion for business since childhood. After graduating from the University of Finance - Accounting (now the Academy of Finance), Ms. Thuy joined MISA and became the first person to have formal expertise in finance - accounting under the dedicated guidance of MISA Chairman of the Board of Directors Lu Thanh Long.

“When I became a member of the company, I was in charge of many different jobs, sometimes doing accounting, sometimes taking on implementation consulting, QA (quality management), software testing, etc. During my work, Chairman of the Board of Directors of MISA Lu Thanh Long recognized my qualities of passion, enthusiasm, sense of responsibility, intelligence, and flexibility, so he gave me many opportunities to implement important business projects of MISA”, shared the General Director of MISA.

Ms. Thuy has always been proactive in seeking opportunities, approaching customers and constantly striving to achieve her goals.

Second, understand the product: A good businessman must have a solid knowledge of the product he is selling. Understanding the product helps you to advise accurately and convince customers, thereby building trust and sustainable relationships. Ms. Thuy always considers bringing products to customers not just selling but also giving real value to customers.

Third, master your emotions: In the process of doing business, facing pressure and difficulties is inevitable. Ms. Thuy emphasized the importance of mastering your emotions and maintaining an optimistic spirit. This not only helps you overcome difficult times but also creates confidence and a positive attitude, thereby spreading positive energy to colleagues and customers.
