Billion-dollar prize for talented young Vietnamese people who "dare to think and dare to do"

The "Passionate Enduring" Award was established to honor, reward and empower outstanding young talents with passion, determination and perseverance.

On the afternoon of January 17, the Vietnam Young Talent Support Fund (under the Central Youth Union) announced the Enduring Passion Award, to honor the efforts to overcome difficulties and the perseverance in pursuing passion of the young generation of Vietnam.

Mr. Phung Cong Suong, Editor-in-Chief of Tien Phong Newspaper and Director of the Vietnam Young Talent Fund, said: "The Enduring Passion Award was established to honor, reward and support outstanding young talents with passion, determination and perseverance. This is also an important foundation to help young people conquer their dreams and ambitions, making positive contributions to the cause of building and defending the Fatherland.

In addition to recognizing talents who have achieved outstanding results, the award also encourages those who have experienced failure but still maintain the will to rise up. Failure is not a stopping point but an opportunity to learn, mature and go further. This encourages young people to dare to face difficulties and constantly strive to reach greater successes in the future.

The individuals and projects that are awarded will be living proof of the spirit of daring to think, daring to do, overcoming adversity to assert themselves and contribute to society. From there, contributing to building a social environment that nurtures the spirit of innovation and creativity, helping the young generation realize that perseverance and constant effort are the keys to conquering all challenges."

The subjects participating in the award selection are Vietnamese citizens between the ages of 19 and 35, living and working in Vietnam, persistently pursuing their passion and bringing positive values ​​and meanings to the community, in the fields of: Culture and Arts, Sports , Business - Startups, Social Activities.

According to the Organizing Committee, with 5 billion VND from the sponsor, the prize is allocated: 2 billion VND for projects that have won the Golden Globe Science and Technology Award; 3 billion VND to sponsor the Vietnam Young Talent Support Fund, of which 700 million VND is for the 10 Outstanding Young Vietnamese Faces Award 2024 and 2.3 billion VND will be awarded to 4 to 6 projects that meet the Award criteria.

Time to receive documents from January 18, 2025 to February 28, 2025 (based on postmark). Documents will be reviewed and approved in March. Awards will be considered and organized on the occasion of the anniversary of the founding of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union on March 26.
