The organizers will award more than 120 prizes in different distances, genders and ages at the 2023 Vung Tau OneWay Marathon. The total prize value is more than 400 million VND along with valuable prizes.

The club with the highest total valid running distance of its members will receive a prize of 111,111,111 million VND. In addition, the tournament also attracted top Vietnamese athletes such as the steel rose Nguyen Tieu Phuong - who conquered all 6 biggest marathons on the planet to own the prestigious Six Star Medal; athlete Le Tan Hi has successfully conquered many domestic races such as champion of Da Nang International Marathon 2019, Mekong Delta Marathon 2019 and most recently BaDen Mountain Marathon 2021; or Mr. Doan Ngoc Hai - a famous runner in the running community when building a Sports Reward Fund to support good runners to compete in international tournaments....

The total number of participating athletes is more than 5,000. Athletes will compete in four distances including 5km, 10km, 21km and 42km. Athletes will not only participate in a highly competitive race, but also enjoy the beautiful scenery of Vung Tau city. The route of the race will pass through a number of famous locations such as Big Mountain, Small Mountain, Front Beach, Dau Beach, Pineapple Beach, Back Beach, Nghinh Phong Cape, lighthouse, Christ the King statue, Mother Mary statue, Quan Am Nam Hai Pagoda, Nirvana Tinh Xa. In addition, long-distance runners will have the opportunity to admire the sunrise on Vung Tau beach.

OneWay Marathon Vung Tau 2023 is organized by OneWay Sports Joint Stock Company in coordination with the Department of Culture & Sports and units of Voice of Vietnam , Vietnam Journalists Association, and Young Entrepreneurs Electronic Magazine. This year's tournament takes place on the occasion of the 10th anniversary of Vung Tau city being recognized by the Prime Minister as a class I urban area under Ba Ria - Vung Tau province. The tournament starts on March 21 with sideline activities. The main competition day starts at 3:30 am on April 23. The closing ceremony and award ceremony will be at 8:00 am on the same day.
