Handing over 2,636.5m2 of land to Him Lam Joint Stock Company in Thach Ban ward, Long Bien

Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Nguyen Trong Dong signed and issued Decision No. 5074/QD-UBND dated September 27, 2024 on assigning Him Lam Joint Stock Company to continue using 2,636.5 m2 of land (originating from the auctioned land under Decision No. 456/QD-UBND dated January 29, 2015 of the City People's Committee) at the land auctioned for land use rights in Thach Ban ward, Long Bien district to implement the Project of Construction of CT1 High-rise Residential Area in Lot A6 and technical infrastructure at Him Lam Thach Ban Residential Area project, Thach Ban ward, Long Bien district.

The location and boundaries of the land plot are determined by landmarks: A6-1, A6-2... to A6-8, A6-1 in the Master Plan Drawing (adjusted) QH-01, scale 1/500, prepared by Anh Linh Construction Design Consulting Co., Ltd. on December 27, 2016, approved by Long Bien District People's Committee in Document No. 157/UBND-QLDT dated January 25, 2017.

Form of land allocation: Land allocation with land use fee collection; Land use term is 50 years from the date of the Decision approving the results of the auction of land use rights; Buyers of houses attached to land use rights are granted a Certificate of long-term stable land use rights.

Land allocation method: Land allocation through land use rights auction (Decision approving the results of the land use rights auction No. 456/QD-UBND dated January 29, 2015 of the City People's Committee).

The City People's Committee assigned the Departments of Natural Resources and Environment, Finance, Construction, Planning - Architecture, Planning and Investment; Hanoi City Tax Department. Long Bien District People's Committee guided Him Lam Joint Stock Company to carry out specialized management contents according to regulations.

Hanoi Land Registration Office updates land use rights registration, performs change registration procedures, and corrects land changes in cadastral records according to regulations.
