Dan Phuong district adjusts 14 projects with an area of ​​3.3 hectares

According to the Decision, the adjusted and supplemented 2024 land use plan for Dan Phuong district includes 3 projects: Upgrading the Dan Phuong - Tan Hoi road (through the center of Tan Hoi commune), Dan Phuong district; Tho Xuan Primary School, including the physical education building and auxiliary facilities; and Trung Chau Medical Station, region B, with an area of ​​0.53 hectares.

In addition, adjustments and additions to the 2024 Land Use Plan of Dan Phuong district include: 14 projects, with an area of ​​3.3 hectares.

Adjust the number of projects and the area recorded in point e, Clause 1, Article 1 of Decision No. 435/QD-UBND dated January 23, 2024 of the People's Committee of the City to 196 projects with a total area of ​​1,694.54 hectares.

Other provisions in Decision No. 435/QD-UBND dated January 23, 2024 of the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City remain in effect.
