Dan Phuong district adjusts 14 projects with an area of ​​3.3 hectares

According to the Decision, the adjustment and supplement to the 2024 Land Use Plan of Dan Phuong district includes 3 projects: Upgrading Dan Phuong - Tan Hoi traffic route (through Tan Hoi commune center), Dan Phuong district; Tho Xuan Primary School, items: Physical education house and auxiliary items; Trung Chau Regional B Medical Station with an area of ​​0.53ha.

In addition, the adjustment and supplement to the 2024 Land Use Plan of Dan Phuong district are: 14 projects, with an area of ​​3.3 hectares.

Adjust the number of projects and area recorded in Point e, Clause 1, Article 1 of Decision No. 435/QD-UBND dated January 23, 2024 of the City People's Committee to 196 projects with a total area of ​​1,694.54 hectares.

Other contents stated in Decision No. 435/QD-UBND dated January 23, 2024 of the City People's Committee remain valid.
