“Along with the whole country, the Capital is entering a new era of development. The next 5 years will be a journey of striving for Hanoi to become a cultured, civilized, modern city, with a worthy position in the region and the world in the spirit of the Resolution of the 18th City Party Congress as well as the direction of General Secretary To Lam. Therefore, the Hanoi Education and Training sector needs to clearly see its responsibilities and take the lead in implementing Resolution No. 71 on breakthroughs in education and training development. The entire sector needs to clearly define its responsibilities, take the lead in advising the City Party Committee and the City People's Committee on issues related to education and training; review the goals and tasks set out in Resolution No. 71; compare with the actual situation in the capital to develop practical programs and plans; complete the review and supplementation of the school and classroom network planning until 2030 and the vision to 2045, ensuring "enough schools, enough classes, enough teachers" to meet the learning needs of the people.
At the same time, build projects and programs to improve leadership, direction, management and development capacity of teachers and managers; resolutely rectify negativity and achievement disease in education, implement the motto "teacher is teacher, student is student", respect the honor of teachers, honor teachers; promote digital transformation and application of artificial intelligence in education, improve digital capacity for teachers and students; deploy unified and synchronous information systems to serve management and operation.

“Hanoi needs to strongly promote its leading and exemplary role in leading and supporting education nationwide. The capital’s education, with its outstanding achievements in cutting-edge quality, digital transformation and modern governance, must become a center for sharing experiences and technology for other localities to learn from,” Minister of Education and Training Nguyen Kim Son suggested.
