Attending the inauguration ceremony were Venerable Thich Hoang Tri - Abbot of Van Duc Pagoda ( Ho Chi Minh City), Hero of Labor in the renovation period Trinh Van Y (former Vice Chairman of Ben Tre Provincial People's Committee), representatives of departments and offices of Mo Cay Bac District People's Committee and leaders of Thanh Ngai commune.

The two road sections have a total length of 930m, a width of 2m, and a 1-inch thick concrete layer, supported by Venerable Thich Hoang Tri and Buddhists from Van Duc Pagoda in Thu Duc District, Ho Chi Minh City with a total cost of 300 million VND. The people of Thu So Hamlet and Cho Moi Hamlet contributed nearly 392 million VND along with 305 working days.

On this occasion, Venerable Thich Hoang Tri and Buddhists gave 93 Tet gifts including necessities and cash with a total cost of nearly 50 million VND.
