Banana leaves, perilla leaves, butterfly pea flowers... or fruits, vegetables... are used to decorate, trim, and even create old-fashioned cake containers that can be reused after display.

We always like green and clean, which means the cakes must be delicious and safe for health. Many people think that cakes made with technology will be preserved for a long time, but they do not think that there are preservatives, which are not good for health. When I finish making my folk cakes, if I don't finish them, I can put them in the refrigerator. When I want to eat them, I can lightly steam them or, depending on my taste, I can fry them... they are still delicious and nutritious.”
