Help students "Stay mentally strong - overcome exam season"

On May 9, the Central Committee of the Vietnam Student Association and the Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee, and accompanying units jointly organized a talk show: Supporting the spirit of "Strong mentality - overcoming exam season" at Mai Thuc Loan High School (Thach Ha) and Le Quy Don High School ( Ha Tinh City).

The talk show program: Supporting the spirit "Strong mentality - overcoming exam season" was held at Mai Thuc Loan High School and Le Quy Don High School, attracting a large number of students to participate with many practical and meaningful activities.

The talk show is built with a youthful, cheerful spirit. Stories and experiences from guests are shared gently, carrying messages from psychological experts and ambassadors of the program, creating a comfortable atmosphere, relieving pressure, and inspiring candidates and parents before the exam.

Associate Professor, Dr. Pham Manh Ha "untangles" the psychology of students at Mai Thuc Loan High School.

The students were analyzed by Associate Professor, Dr. Pham Manh Ha - Deputy Director of the Vietnam Institute for Psychological Training and Intervention, the meaning of good psychological preparation, common psychological problems of candidates before the exam and when entering the exam room; common signs for candidates with psychological instability and anxiety before entering the exam. From there, basic solutions were given to stabilize the spirit, calmness, and confidence entering the exam.

Students also listened to stories shared by Miss World Vietnam Luong Thuy Linh about her journey of "crossing the gate", the care of parents, teachers, and friends before the exam, and learned how to balance their daily schedule to get good results in the High School Graduation Exam.

Stories and experiences are shared gently, carrying messages from psychological experts and program ambassadors, creating a comfortable atmosphere, relieving pressure, and inspiring candidates and parents before the exam.

Through the program, the students are expected to gain confidence, motivation and a relaxed spirit before the important exam. On this occasion, the program's Organizing Committee also awarded scholarships to 20 students from difficult circumstances who have achieved high academic results.
