After many years of working in the logistics industry, Mr. Phan Duy Minh, Founder & CEO of GOZO, realized many shortcomings in the traditional way of operating the industry.

GOZO Express officially launched a new brand positioning system, built on the philosophy of "Standard Living - Standard Operation - Standard Development", with the goal of becoming a leading Logistics unit and a pioneering brand spreading living standards in the industry.
GOZO's brand positioning revolves around three pillars: transparency, an ethical business model and a partner-led development strategy.
The brand's core values are expressed through the "5 Dong" philosophy: Same religion, Same journey, Same team, Same heart and Same movement.
The new logo features a three-ring radar symbol with a central red dot representing a journey of unity and direction in a common cause.
The slogan “Drive Purpose Together” and supporting messages such as “Deliver Soul Together” and “Drive Standards Together” affirm GOZO’s commitment to leading the logistics industry with a system of transparent, standardized and socially responsible values.
At the event, GOZO officially announced its first franchise cooperation agreement with three partners in Thailand, marking an important milestone in its expansion strategy into Southeast Asia.
This agreement demonstrates the feasibility and efficiency of the standardized post office model, while also affirming the flexibility and adaptability of the GOZO operating system to international markets.
Pioneering industry-standard logistics franchise model
Faced with the growing demand for standardized logistics services and the trend of finding a safe, easy-to-operate and highly collaborative investment model, GOZO Express has also officially introduced the first standardized international express delivery franchise model in Vietnam.
This is considered a strategic step to expand efficient, transparent and synchronous transportation services nationwide.
The model is optimally designed for new investors, with standardized operating procedures, private management software, streamlined technology and a comprehensive training - communication - post-audit system. GOZO does not charge franchise fees, helping partners to start flexibly and focus on actual business performance.
