Submit a summary report of the results of the consultation before May 23, 2025.

Accordingly, from May 6, 2025 to May 30, 2025, the Central Committees of socio -political organizations, member organizations of the Front, and the Standing Committees of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees of provinces and centrally run cities will organize to collect opinions on the draft Resolution amending and supplementing a number of articles of the 2013 Constitution, closely following the requirements on subjects, forms of collecting opinions, assignment of responsibilities and implementation organization in Plan No. 60/KH-MTTW-BTT dated May 6, 2025 of the Standing Committee of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front.

The content of the consultation is the entire draft Resolution amending and supplementing a number of articles of the 2013 Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, focusing on the contents of amending and supplementing Articles 9, 10, Clause 1, Article 84, Article 110, Clause 2, Article 111, Clause 2, Article 112, Clause 1, Article 114, Clause 2, Article 115 of the 2013 Constitution, closely following the policy and orientation on the scope of amending and supplementing the Constitution approved at the 11th Conference of the 13th Party Central Committee.

No later than May 22, 2025, the Central Committees of socio-political organizations, member organizations of the Front, and the Standing Committees of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees of provinces and centrally run cities shall send a report summarizing the results of collecting opinions from their agencies, organizations, and local Fatherland Fronts to the Standing Committee of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front (through the Committee for Democracy, Supervision and Social Criticism) for general synthesis.
