Quang Nam will not organize ethnic minority language training classes in 2025.

(QNO) - After considering the proposal of the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions on the results of implementing the ethnic minority language training plan for cadres, civil servants and public employees working in Quang Nam province in the period of 2023 - 2025 and in 2025, the Provincial People's Committee issued Official Dispatch No. 4110 agreeing not to organize ethnic minority language training classes in 2025.

According to this document, the Provincial People's Committee agreed not to organize training courses on ethnic minority languages of Co Tu and Xo Dang (Ca Dong language group) for cadres, civil servants and public employees in 2025 according to Plan No. 7168 of the Provincial People's Committee.

At the same time, the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions is assigned to preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies, units and localities to review, advise on reports and evaluate the implementation results of Plan No. 7168 of the Provincial People's Committee on training ethnic minority languages for cadres, civil servants and public employees working in Quang Nam province for the period of 2023 - 2025, submit to the Provincial People's Committee before May 22, 2025 to report to the Provincial People's Committee Party Committee, the Provincial Party Standing Committee for monitoring and direction.

In addition, the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions proactively coordinates with relevant agencies and units to research and advise the Provincial People's Committee to issue a Plan for training ethnic minority languages for cadres, civil servants and public employees working in Quang Nam province for the period 2026 - 2030, ensuring compliance with regulations and in accordance with the actual situation in the province.

Previously, Plan No. 7168 of the Provincial People's Committee set out targets and tasks for 2 ethnic minority languages with large populations residing in the province by 2025 to have documents compiled to serve the training of cadres, civil servants and public employees.
