Ha Giang has a delegate attending the National Congress of Advanced Youth Following Uncle Ho's Teachings

BHG - Recently, in Ho Chi Minh City, the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union held the 8th National Congress of Advanced Youth Following Uncle Ho's Teachings in 2025 with 444 outstanding delegates nationwide.

Ha Giang is honored to have a delegate attending this congress, that is Senior Lieutenant Hoang Xuan Sy, Secretary of the PC01-PC09 Youth Union, Ha Giang Provincial Police.
