In the face of the flood situation, the Standing Office of the Provincial Steering Committee for Flood and Storm Prevention and Control requested districts and cities to continue to closely monitor weather developments, update the situation and deploy timely response measures. At the same time, strengthen the dissemination of forecasts and warnings on storm and flood prevention and control, and landslides to the people. For areas at high risk of being affected by natural disasters, it is necessary to implement solutions to ensure the safety of people's lives and property. Locations that have collapsed or are at risk of landslides, rockslides, culverts, and spillways when the water rises must have warning signs. Along with that, organize a 24/7 on-duty team in accordance with the regulations of the Provincial Steering Committee for Flood and Storm Prevention and Control; effectively implement the "4 on-site" motto when natural disasters and floods occur.

Specifically, heavy rain caused rocks and soil from the positive slope to slide down many sections of the road, especially Provincial Road DT.177 through Nam Ty Commune. The landslide occurred with a large volume of rocks and soil, completely blocking the road.

The district authorities quickly mobilized machinery, vehicles and manpower to fix the problem, clear the landslides and ensure the safety of the people. However, due to the rugged mountainous terrain and the rain that has not shown any signs of stopping, the recovery work has encountered many difficulties.
