Hanoi hands over nearly 8,700m2 of land to Phu Xuyen district for auction

(Dan Tri) - The Hanoi People's Committee has just decided to hand over nearly 8,700 square meters of land to Phu Xuyen district to implement the project of building technical infrastructure for the land use rights auction area in Dong Vuon area, Nam Quat village, Nam Trieu commune.

Nearly 8,700 square meters of land clearance has been confirmed by the People's Committee of Phu Xuyen district.

In the total land area assigned by the People's Committee of Phu Xuyen district this time, there are more than 3,800 square meters of residential land for management and organization of land use rights auctions according to regulations; more than 4,800 square meters of land for construction of traffic, technical infrastructure and green trees.

Long-term stable land use period. Land allocation method is not through land use rights auction, not through bidding to select investors to implement projects using land.

The Hanoi People's Committee assigned the Phu Xuyen District People's Committee to contact the Hanoi Department of Natural Resources and Environment to receive land handover on the field.

The People's Committee of this district is assigned to organize the construction of technical infrastructure according to the approved investment project to ensure the overall planning, synchronous connection of technical infrastructure and regional infrastructure. The People's Committee of Phu Xuyen district is responsible for preparing and approving the master plan drawing to ensure no interlaced land areas arise, and to use land economically and effectively.

The Hanoi Department of Natural Resources and Environment is responsible for guiding procedures for determining boundaries and handing over land on the field, granting certificates of land use rights, house ownership rights and other assets attached to land.

Hanoi Land Registration Office updates land use rights registration, performs change registration procedures, and adjusts land changes into cadastral records according to regulations.

The Hanoi People's Committee assigned the Department of Justice to guide the Phu Xuyen District People's Committee to organize the auction of land use rights according to the 2016 Law on Property Auction and other relevant specialized laws.

The Departments of Finance, Construction, Planning - Architecture, Planning and Investment; Hanoi Tax Department guide the People's Committee of Phu Xuyen district to carry out specialized management contents according to regulations.
