Hanoi hands over more than 3,100 square meters of land to Thach That district to prepare for auction.

(Dan Tri) - Hanoi People's Committee assigned 3,165.1 square meters of land in Thach Xa commune to Thach That district People's Committee to implement the project of building technical infrastructure for auctioning land use rights.

The Hanoi People's Committee has just issued Decision No. 6304/2024 on the allocation of 3,165.1 square meters of land in Ma Co (area X2), Thach Xa commune to the People's Committee of Thach That district to implement the project of building technical infrastructure for land use rights auction. The People's Committee of Thach That district confirmed that the site clearance work for this land area has been completed in Document No. 2258.

The document states that in the total area of ​​3,165.1m2, there are 1,473.4m2 of residential land, 1,691.7m2 of green land, infrastructure, and traffic. The form of land allocation to the People's Committee of Thach That district is that the State allocates land without collecting land use fees.

The People's Committee of Thach That district was assigned to contact the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to carry out land handover procedures on the field according to regulations. The locality was also assigned to organize implementation according to the approved investment project to ensure the overall planning and synchronous connection of technical infrastructure and regional infrastructure.

The People's Committee of Thach That district is responsible for preparing and approving the master plan drawing to ensure that there is no overlapping land area and that land is used economically and effectively.

In addition, the Hanoi People's Committee assigned the Thach That District People's Committee to prepare a plan for auctioning land use rights, submit it to competent authorities for approval, and organize the auction of land use rights in accordance with the order and procedures prescribed by law.

This agency is also assigned to guide the auction winner to fulfill financial obligations; register land use rights; issue certificates of land use rights, house ownership rights and other assets attached to land; complete investment procedures (if any) and application for construction permits (if any) according to regulations.

The Hanoi People's Committee assigned the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to be responsible for determining boundaries and handing over land on the field to the People's Committee of Thach That district.

Hanoi Land Registration Office is assigned to update land use rights registration, carry out change registration procedures, and adjust land changes into cadastral records according to regulations.
