Bank sells real estate worth tens of billions of dong

Specifically, the Vietnam Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development ( Agribank ) - Ho Chi Minh City branch announced the auction of 4 secured assets with a starting price of nearly 80 billion VND (excluding taxes and fees). This is the debt of Tara Agricultural Investment and Development Joint Stock Company.

The 3 assets are land use rights, house ownership rights and other assets attached to land belonging to plots 584, 586, 587 on map sheet 18 in Xuan Thoi Son commune, Ho Chi Minh City. These plots of land all have an area of 1,000 m². Most of them are urban residential land, the rest are rice fields.

The fourth asset is an apartment in Landmark 81 Building located in Ward 22, Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City (now Thanh My Tay Ward, Ho Chi Minh City). The usable area of the apartment is 166 m².

Agribank said that the above debt was auctioned in its original state (including the original state of the debt, legal status and potential risks) and in the "as is" method. The form was direct verbal bidding at the auction, the method was ascending price.

On the same day, Agribank - Ho Chi Minh City Branch announced the sale of assets securing the debt of Minh An Saigon Trading Company Limited with a starting price of nearly 45 billion VND (excluding taxes and fees). The 2 assets are land use rights belonging to plots 172 and 173, map sheet 60 located in Quarter 4, Ward 3, Tay Ninh City, Tay Ninh Province (now Tay Ninh Ward, Tay Ninh Province).

Land use rights belong to plot number 488, map sheet number 6 located in Ninh Binh quarter, Ninh Son ward, Tay Ninh city, Tay Ninh province (now Tay Ninh ward, Tay Ninh province). Land use rights belong to plot number 260, map sheet number 9 located in Cha La commune, Duong Minh Chau district, Tay Ninh province (now Tay Ninh ward, Tay Ninh province).

Agribank - Ho Chi Minh City Branch also announced the auction of 2 real estates with a starting price of nearly 80 billion VND (excluding taxes and fees). This is the collateral of Mai Anh Saigon Import Export Company Limited.

The two assets are land use rights belonging to plots 200 and 28, map sheet 9 located in quarter 6, ward 3, Tay Ninh city, Tay Ninh province (now Tay Ninh ward, Tay Ninh province).

In addition, Agribank - Ho Chi Minh City Branch auctioned the debt of Le Tuyen Import Export Company Limited. The collateral for the debt is 2 land use rights, house ownership rights and other assets attached to the land of plots 210 and 211, map sheet 7, Quarter 6, Tay Ninh Ward, Tay Ninh Province.

Not only Agribank, many other banks have recently also auctioned real estate.

Saigon Thuong Tin Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Sacombank) - Tan Thuan Transaction Office auctions land plot No. 575, map sheet No. 15, located at Long Thanh My ward, Thu Duc city (now Long Binh ward, Ho Chi Minh city). The selling price is 27 billion VND.

According to the description, the land area is 1,232.6 m². The purpose of using residential land is 983.6 m², land for perennial crops is 249 m². The term of using residential land is long-term, land for perennial crops is until April 13, 2060.

Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (Vietinbank) - Branch 12, Ho Chi Minh City, is auctioning off land use rights, house ownership rights and assets attached to land at plots 248, 265, 278; map sheet 145 at address Ngai Giao town, Chau Duc district, Ba Ria - Vung Tau province (now Ngai Giao commune, Ho Chi Minh City). The starting price of the land lot is more than 10 billion VND.

Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam (Vietcombank) - Phu Nhuan Branch announces the auction of real estate collateral at 490 Gia Phu, Ward 3, District 6, Ho Chi Minh City (now Binh Tien Ward, Ho Chi Minh City). This land lot has an area of 46.5 m², of which the land area outside the road boundary is 28.21 m², the land area inside the road boundary is 18.29 m². The asking price is over 7 billion VND, excluding value added tax.
