Ideal partner in the new era

Le Quotidien RDC emphasized that Vingroup is fully ready in terms of capacity to invest in the Democratic Republic of Congo in the fields of agriculture, health, road infrastructure, education, real estate and many other projects. "Vingroup's goal is to accompany the Government on the journey to create a prosperous Congo," Le Quotidien RDC quoted the opinion of the Vice President of Vingroup.

Observers in Kinshasa also consider Vingroup an “ideal partner” in the context of the Congolese Government implementing the Action Program 2024–2029, with the goal of industrialization, urban development and improving social welfare.

According to Africa-Press, this program was approved by the Congolese National Assembly on June 11, 2024, with a total budget of 92.9 billion USD in 5 years, allocated according to 6 priority pillars: Creating jobs and protecting people's purchasing power; Ensuring security and protecting national territory; Territorial planning and developing infrastructure connectivity; Ensuring access to basic social services; Improving the efficiency of public administration; Protecting ecosystems and responding to climate change.

Prime Minister Judith Suminwa said the program will be mobilized from both public and private resources, opening up a wide space for cooperation with capable and reputable international partners.

Therefore, the Congolese media has high expectations for the appearance of large enterprises like Vingroup in the African country. “By developing its fields of activity in Congo (real estate, tourism, automobiles, industry and infrastructure), Vingroup will create jobs, protect consumer purchasing power, contribute to diversifying the economy and improve access to basic social services,” Présidence.cd concluded.
