Connecting supply and demand between Dak Lak province's enterprises and Central Retail Group Vietnam

On the afternoon of October 28, at Thanh Mai Hotel (Tan An Ward), the Department of Industry and Trade organized a conference connecting supply and demand between Dak Lak province enterprises and Central Retail Vietnam Group (Central Retail).

At the conference, representatives from various units visited the booths displaying products from businesses and suppliers, including coffee, cocoa, macadamia nuts, passion fruit, fresh bananas, and various types of dried biscuits. Representatives from Central Retail Vietnam introduced the group's distribution system, guided participants through the import process, and outlined Central Retail's criteria for selecting suppliers. Several businesses in the province also showcased their products and production capabilities.

In addition, during the networking and trade negotiation session, businesses and the purchasing departments of Central Retail directly exchanged information and introduced each other's cooperation processes, supply conditions, and goods distribution.

Speaking at the conference, Mr. Nguyen Hai Trieu, Deputy Director of the Department of Industry and Trade, said: Dak Lak province has many potentials and strengths for development such as: agriculture ; processing industries for agricultural, forestry, and aquatic products; and tourism, especially high-quality agricultural products. Therefore, by participating in supply and demand connection, businesses and cooperatives in the province and the region can directly connect with modern distribution systems, gradually bringing local goods into these systems, including Central Retail, contributing to realizing the goal of the "Vietnamese people prioritize using Vietnamese goods" campaign, enhancing competitiveness, product quality, and regional brand value.
