AES Mong Duong Celebrates Principles Day 2025: Together We Make a Difference

Recently, AES Mong Duong successfully organized the 2025 Principles Day at Duong Huy Primary and Secondary School, Mong Duong Ward, Quang Ninh Province. The event brought together all AES staff, local authorities and the community to honor the Core Principles, the guiding principles for all our actions and decisions every day.

This year’s theme, “Together We Make a Difference”, highlighted the power of unity and collaboration to achieve meaningful results. The event was filled with interactive activities such as the “Ring the Bell” contest and the “Health Tips” game. Over 300 students, teachers and local residents joined the meaningful celebration, immersing themselves in the vibrant atmosphere of the event.

In celebration of Principles Day 2025, AES Mong Duong has launched a series of impactful community support initiatives. These include free respiratory health screenings and X-rays for 300 adults aged 45-65, comprehensive health consultations for 478 students including eye exams, spine exams, dental exams and BMI assessments, and health education programs focusing on first aid and emergency response skills for students. The company also donated essential equipment to Duong Huy Kindergarten, including scales and medicine cabinets, and organized interactive games and knowledge competitions for students, with prizes to encourage their participation. Health consultation booths were set up to provide advice on eye care, spinal health, dental care, nutrition, first aid and vaccinations for parents and children, and public health information leaflets were also distributed at the event.

These qualities, combined with the Day of Principles organized by your company, will spread and become a festival to honor tradition, responsibility, safety, sharing and solidarity so that every individual, whether a worker, engineer, student or local person, can feel the value of living and working according to principles, standards and belief in good things”.

On this occasion, AES Mong Duong also announced the winner of the 2025 Day of Principles award, Mr. Nguyen Trung Kien - honored as an outstanding individual who demonstrates AES's Core Principles in work and community activities.
