Hanoi supports investment in building primary and secondary school in Si Pa Phin commune

The Hanoi People's Committee has just issued Decision No. 3937/QD-UBND on supporting Dien Bien province with funding to invest in building a primary and secondary school in Si Pa Phin commune, Dien Bien province.

Accordingly, Hanoi city supports Dien Bien province with a maximum investment cost of VND 220 billion in the construction of this school in 2 years (2025-2026); allocates VND 100 billion from the city budget to support other localities in 2025 (development investment capital) assigned in Decision 6399/QD-UBND dated December 12, 2024 of the City People's Committee to support Dien Bien province to invest in the construction of the above project.

The City People's Committee assigned the Department of Finance to transfer the above amount to the budget revenue of Dien Bien province according to the provisions of the State Budget Law; at the same time, advise the City People's Committee to report to the City People's Council on the support amount in 2025 and submit to the City People's Council to arrange the support capital plan in 2026.
