Hanoi: Do not leave areas vacant or miss incidents in fire prevention and fighting

To ensure that the implementation of fire prevention, fire fighting and rescue (PCCC and CNCH) work in the city continues to be carried out synchronously and effectively, without interruption, without leaving any areas vacant, without missing or omitting any cases, tasks, or jobs, creating favorable conditions for people and businesses, and without causing sensitive and complicated issues in the professional field of PCCC and CNCH, the City People's Committee assigns departments, branches and sectors a number of specific tasks.

In particular, continue to urgently, fully, resolutely and effectively implement the assigned tasks in the directives, projects, decisions, programs, plans, telegrams and directives of the City People's Committee on fire prevention and fighting and search and rescue work according to functions and tasks; periodically report on the results of implementing assigned tasks according to regulations.

For departments and branches established and reorganized according to Resolution No. 06/NQ-HDND dated February 25, 2025 of the City People's Council, organize to review, receive and continue to implement, report results (according to regulations) of assigned tasks in directives, projects, decisions, programs, plans, telegrams, and directive documents of the City People's Committee on fire prevention and fighting and search and rescue work assigned to departments, branches and branches (before establishment and reorganization) to perform according to new functions and tasks.

The People's Committees of districts, towns and cities shall comprehensively direct the state management of fire prevention and fighting and search and rescue in the area according to the provisions of law; continue to focus on and resolutely direct the implementation and report the results of assigned tasks in the directives, projects, decisions, programs, plans, telegrams and directive documents of the City People's Committee on fire prevention and fighting and search and rescue in the area.

Assign specialized units to preside over and coordinate with units or teams of Fire Prevention and Rescue Police and Rescue Police based in the area under the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department to advise the District People's Committee to perform tasks on fire prevention and rescue work previously assigned to the District, Town and City Police. Continue to direct, guide, inspect and urge the Commune People's Committee to perform the functions and tasks of state management of fire prevention and rescue in the area according to the provisions of law.
