Previously, data from the end of 2023 showed that India imported goods from Lam Dong province with the following values: alumina (US$71.36 million); raw silk (US$56.77 million); coffee (US$4.19 million); and fresh flowers (US$0.02 million). By the first nine months of 2024, India imported coffee from Lam Dong with a total value of approximately US$12.06 million, a threefold increase compared to 2023.
In the coming period, the Lam Dong Department of Agriculture and Environment will continue to connect and trade with Indian businesses to boost exports of silk products, coffee, vegetables, fruits, medicinal herbs such as artichoke, tea, cordyceps mushrooms, especially products certified with Halal standards.
