Hanoi seeks opinions on proposals to reward many collectives and individuals at the state level

The document stated that the City's Emulation and Reward Board received a proposal from city units to award the Labor Medal to collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements during their work.

Pursuant to Clause 2, Article 46 of Decree No. 98/2023/ND-CP dated December 31, 2023 of the Government , which stipulates the public announcement of the list of collectives and individuals proposed for commendation on the city's media; in order to have a basis for reporting to the City Emulation and Commendation Council for approval, before submitting to superiors for commendation, the City Emulation and Commendation Board posts information on collectives and individuals proposed for commendation to solicit public opinion.

Accordingly, it is proposed to award the First Class Labor Medal to 5 collectives: Party Committee, government and people of Tay Ho district; Party Committee, government and people of Duyen Thai commune, Thuong Tin district; Women's Union of Ba Dinh district; Department of Internal Affairs of Long Bien district; Departmentof Education and Training of Thanh Xuan district.

Proposal to award the Second Class Labor Medal to the Cau Giay District Justice Department.

Proposing to award the Third Class Labor Medal to 4 groups and 9 individuals. The groups include: Long Bien District Party Committee Office; Ba Dinh District Veterans Association; Thuong Tin District Party Committee Inspection Committee; Thuong Tin District Internal Affairs Department.

The individuals include: Mr. Bui Hoang Phan, Secretary of Thanh Oai District Party Committee; Mr. Nguyen Tien Cuong, Secretary of District Party Committee, Chairman of Thanh Tri District People's Council; Mr. Ngo Manh Diem, Permanent Deputy Secretary of Long Bien District Party Committee; Ms. Dinh Thi Thu Huong, Head of Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department of District Party Committee, Director of Long Bien District Political Center; Mr. Dang Dinh Bang, Head of Natural Resources and Environment Department of Hoan Kiem District; Ms. Pham Hong Tuyet, Secretary of Quang Trung Ward Party Committee, Dong Da District; Mr. Tran Dinh Nam, Chairman of Dong Anh District Party Committee's Inspection Committee; Mr. Nguyen Huy Toan, Vice Chairman of Thanh Tri District People's Committee; Ms. Nguyen Thi Huong, Chairman of Van Dien Town People's Committee, Thanh Tri District.

Feedback should be sent to the City Emulation and Reward Board (address: No. 37, Ly Thuong Kiet Street, Hang Bai Ward, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi City) within 7 working days from the date of posting the information.
