The school needs to coordinate with the parents' representative committee, departments, branches, organizations and local authorities to detect and take timely measures to deal with students who show signs of disobedience.

For preschool level, based on actual conditions and parents' need to send their children (parents of children have summer school application), the voluntary spirit of teachers registering to work in the summer, preschool education facilities develop a plan to organize summer activities, report to the People's Committee of the commune, ward, or town (for groups of children, independent kindergarten classes) and the Department of Education and Training.

Preschools must perform well in management, maintain summer duty, ensure physical and mental safety for children at all times and places; implement collection and expenditure regimes agreed with parents and approved by management.
