"Overcoming the sun, overcoming the rain" on the training ground
At 5:30 a.m., the wharf of the 32nd Fleet was bustling with footsteps and the sound of the command gong resounded decisively. The officers and soldiers of the Coast Guard ships 8020 and 8021 quickly gathered in formation and started their morning exercises. Each stretching movement and each running step demonstrated professionalism, discipline, and a serious training spirit... At the physical training ground, the scorching coastal sun did not affect the strong, decisive pull-ups or the continuous endurance runs. The spirit of "Overcoming the sun, overcoming the rain" has become the slogan of action, the steely determination of the entire fleet.

In particular, one of the key and unique training contents of the Coast Guard is the "wave bridge" exercise - a training exercise simulating the continuous movement of a ship at sea in conditions of big waves and strong winds to train the balance, endurance and steadfastness of officers and soldiers. "We consider this a test of courage, an important stepping stone for officers and soldiers to maintain a steady mentality, react quickly and handle well when performing actual tasks at sea", shared Major Ta Dong Bien - Deputy Captain of Coast Guard Ship 8021.
Along with physical training, Squadron 32 focuses on promoting specialized training contents such as: Proficient use of weapons, equipment, and modern technical equipment; training in inspection, supervision, and handling of legal situations at sea; practicing team coordination, changing combat readiness status; practicing fire prevention, firefighting, rescue, and search and rescue plans... Lieutenant Colonel Cao Anh Tuan - Deputy Commander of the Military Squadron said: "In training, we regularly organize task changes and job positions to improve adaptability and proactively respond to complex situations at sea. In addition, we always stick to reality, closely combining training and performing patrol, inspection, and control tasks at sea."
In particular, over the past time, the naval force has always strictly maintained the training routine according to the weekly and monthly plan. From commanders to soldiers, everyone has a firm grasp of the training objectives, requirements and programs, creating a vibrant competitive learning atmosphere throughout the unit. Thanks to that, the quality of training has been increasingly improved, contributing to strengthening the will, improving the political mettle, professional qualifications and fighting strength of officers and soldiers.
Enhance synergy
Assessing the training work of the 32nd Squadron in the past time, Colonel Nguyen Minh Khanh - Deputy Commander, Chief of Staff of the Coast Guard Region 3 Command said: "The unit has proactively innovated the content and training methods in accordance with the new organization, close to the functions, tasks, areas of operation and actual combat situations at sea. The Squadron also focuses on training to improve the ability to maneuver, coordinate, and handle situations such as: Detecting and arresting violating ships, handling opposition situations, coordinating rescue at sea... At the same time, promoting training and fostering skills for officers at all levels, especially the capacity to advise, organize and command, and coordinate in complex tasks. Linking the task of training and combat readiness with the emulation movement to win, building a strong and comprehensive unit, "exemplary, typical" has become a great spiritual motivation for officers and soldiers to strive to excellently complete their tasks. case
