Hai Duong allows completion of investment procedures for 42 slow-progressing projects

The People's Committee of Hai Duong province has allowed 42 projects that are behind schedule in the area to complete investment procedures. These projects are behind schedule due to objective reasons, the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, and problems in implementing land procedures...

By early April, the Department of Planning and Investment had received investment policy adjustment dossiers from 26 projects. Of these, 1 project returned its dossier due to public land area, 12 projects had completed their dossiers, and 13 projects were continuing to complete their dossiers. The Department of Planning and Investment had sent 2 official dispatches to 15 projects that had not yet submitted their dossiers. 1 project had completed construction and was put into operation.
