On March 1, the People's Council of Hai Duong province issued a resolution deciding on the investment policy for the project to renovate and beautify the lighting system, art lighting, trees, and sidewalks of Vo Nguyen Giap Avenue and Truong Chinh Street in Hai Duong city and Gia Loc district.
Truong Chinh Street, from Cat Bridge Intersection to Vo Nguyen Giap Avenue Intersection, is about 3.1 km long and has been renovated and refurbished. Meanwhile, Vo Nguyen Giap Avenue, from Nguyen Luong Bang Street to Lien Hong Commune Intersection, is about 4.8 km long; the section from Lien Hong Commune Intersection to Hanoi - Hai Phong Expressway Intersection is about 4.1 km long.
The project has a total investment of nearly 88.6 billion VND, invested by the Hai Duong Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board.
