Hai Ha: Strengthening inspection, supervision and Party discipline work

Since the beginning of the 2020-2025 term, Hai Ha District Party Committee has strengthened inspection, supervision, and Party discipline enforcement, contributing to building a clean and strong district Party Committee, promoting local socio -economic development.

The Organizing Committee of Hai Ha District Party Committee inspected the consolidation of grassroots party organizations and development of party members at the Quang Long Commune Party Committee.

The Hai Ha District Party Committee currently has 34 branches and grassroots party committees (including 18 party committees and 16 grassroots party cells) with 3,533 party members. Based on the inspection and supervision program for the entire term of 2020-2025, the District Party Committee's Inspection Committee has actively advised the Standing Committee and the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee to effectively disseminate the regulations on inspection, supervision and Party discipline to all cadres and party members. Select the right subjects and contents of inspection and supervision, focusing on key, key issues that are prone to violations. Continue to consolidate and perfect the organization and apparatus for inspection work; pay attention to training and fostering professional qualifications, expertise, and political theory for the team of inspection and audit cadres; Ensure close coordination between the Party's inspection and supervision work with the government's inspection, the People's Council's supervision, and the supervision and social criticism activities of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio -political organizations.

As one of the grassroots party committees that executes and performs well the inspection and supervision work, the Quang Thinh Commune Party Committee has developed a program for inspection and supervision for the entire term and annually, ensuring focus and key points. In 2023 and the first 6 months of 2024, the Commune Party Committee conducted 7 inspections and supervisions of 9 party organizations and 16 party members on labour work lead, direct and organize the implementation of Conclusion No. 21-KL/TW dated October 25, 2021 of the Central Executive Committee on promoting Party building and rectification and the political system; resolutely prevent, repel and strictly handle cadres and party members who have degraded in ideology, politics, ethics and lifestyle, "self-evolution" and "self-transformation"; Regulation No. 101-QD/TW dated June 7, 2012 of the Secretariat on the responsibility to set an example for cadres and party members, especially key leaders at all levels; Regulation No. 37-QD/TW dated October 25, 2021 of Executive Board Central Committee on things party members are not allowed to do.

Through inspection and supervision work, the advantages of party organizations and party members have been promptly and correctly assessed for promotion; simultaneously detect and clarify existing problems and limitations to correct, overcome and strictly handle violations. The Party Committee of Quang Thinh commune (Hai Ha district) organized an inspection of the progress of the implementation of the advanced new rural construction program in village 4.

From 2022 to the end of June 2024, the District Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the Hai Ha District Party Committee and the grassroots Party Committees inspected 125 party organizations and 151 party members; supervised 193 party organizations and 216 party members (51 district committee members, 43 party committee members, 60 cell committee members). Through inspection and supervision, the District Party Committee reviewed and disciplined 2 party organizations. Of which, Executive Board The district party committee has taken disciplinary action. Executive Board The Party Committee of Quang Thanh commune for the 2020-2025 term was reprimanded; the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee disciplined the Party Cell of the Truc Bai Son Lake Protective Forest Management Board for the 2010-2015 term with a warning. The District Party Committee disciplined 40 party members. Of which, Executive Board The District Party Committee disciplined 5 party members with reprimands; the District Party Committee's Inspection Committee disciplined 11 party members; and the grassroots party cell disciplined 26 party members.

The results achieved in the work of inspection, supervision and enforcement of Party discipline in Hai Ha district have been Contribute to strengthening the trust of cadres, party members and people in the leadership and direction of local Party committees and authorities; prevent and repel ideological, political, moral and lifestyle degradation, and manifestations of "self-evolution" and "self-transformation" within the Party; Maintain principles, discipline, order, improve the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party.
