Hai Phong strengthens research cooperation in the biomedical field with Korea

In the coming time, the Korean Institute of Science and Technology will continue to implement cooperation and research programs with Hai Phong Medical University Hospital (Hai Phong University of Medicine and Pharmacy) in the biomedical field.

On the afternoon of November 7, a delegation from the Korea Institute of Science and Technology led by Mr. Oh Sang Rok, President of the Institute, visited and worked at Hai Phong Medical University Hospital and Deep C Industrial Park in Hai Phong.

During a visit to the Clinical Trials and Bioequivalence Center, Hai Phong Medical University Hospital, Mr. Oh Sang Rok said that Korea is strengthening comprehensive cooperation with Hai Phong in many fields, from economics , trade, science and technology, to education, health and culture.

In particular, the biomedical field receives much attention from the Institute and continues to implement cooperation and research programs with Hai Phong Medical University Hospital in the coming time.

Working at Deep C Industrial Park, the delegation learned about the potentials, advantages and preferential policies for investors.

Deep C Hai Phong is an industrial park with modern infrastructure and comprehensive support services, providing support services such as logistics center, on-site customs services, helping businesses save time and costs.

The cooperative relationship between Hai Phong and the Korea Institute of Science and Technology officially started with the visit and working session of the Hai Phong city delegation in Korea in April 2024. Up to now, this relationship has developed more and more substantially and effectively, demonstrated through many in-depth and regular meetings between the two sides.
