Two vocational schools are exempted from tuition fees for the second semester.

Mr. Mai Xuan Liem, Vice Chairman of Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee, signed a decision approving the additional total budget estimate of more than 5.6 billion VND for tuition exemption and reduction in 2025.

According to the decision, Thanh Hoa Medical College will receive more than 5.1 billion VND, Thanh Hoa Vocational College of Technology will be supplemented with more than 592 million VND.

This funding source is taken from the education , training and vocational training expenditure source in the 2025 provincial budget estimate, specifically the funding for tuition fee exemption and reduction compensation.

Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee also assigned responsibility to the Department of Finance, Department of Education and Training, Department of Justice, Provincial Cooperative Union and other units to prepare estimates and use the budget.

These units must take full responsibility before the law and relevant agencies for the accuracy, legality, order, procedures, and authority to request approval, as well as data, records, reporting documents, and ensuring conditions, standards, and norms in accordance with regulations.

The Decision also emphasizes the responsibility of beneficiary units in managing and using allocated funds in accordance with the regime, policies, conditions, standards, and norms, and paying for the right targets and objects, avoiding negativity and loss.

School principals and those in charge of finance and accounting at units are required to properly perform assigned duties and powers and are legally responsible for this work.
